the best place to start is at the beginning, of course. So, for
today's lesson we're going to discuss one of the most common
thoughts that keeps people from getting fit:

Fitness Mistake: Thinking there isn't enough time to fit exercise

into your day.

Tip: Exercising for hours upon hours every week is NOT a

requirement. And, although many people go to a gym to exercise for
2  hours each time, lengthy exercise programs are not
required in order to be successful with fitness.

Are you shocked by this news? Upset that you've been lied to all

these years that you had to exercise an hour or more per day?

As a matter of fact, more and more fitness professionals are

creating programs designed specifically for those of us who lead a
busy life and don't think we have time to workout. (Who does not
need a few more hours in their day? I sure could use some.)
